New coding adventure

I have upgraded to 55.1 on PsdZData. I am also changing my build date from 1111 to 0714. Am I right in the fact that I am losing all my coding up to now? Plus what are the benefits?? I have a 12 F30 with CIC if that sheds any light on the picture. Thanks!!

You will lose coding on whichever ECUs you VO code.

What does changing the build date enable?
