Yes i lost alot of money,, this is the history: i bought the 335i in november 2011 from a dealer here in edmonton canada,, they told me that was accident free and everything was fine with the car,, but when i took the car to the bmw dealer they told me that the car was involved in a big accident back in 2009 and insurance paid 22 grand to put it back on the road so tha value for my 335 was no more that 17 grand,, (i paid 30 grand no more that 8 months ago) but here i am with my f30

Was it a CPO when you bought it? Did you get a PPI? If so you can probably sue the original dealership.

Before ordering my new f30 I was considering a second hand F10 with 16k miles on it, but when I test drove it I couldn't help but feel that there was a very rough unnatural sound to the engine. Dealer promised it was fine (it had been part of their loaner fleet, so never owned by anyone else), but didn't trust it and ultimately walked away.

Congrats! Does the 328i feel underpowered compared to your old 335i?

That's wrong! Original dealer should take some accountability for being so shady. Congrats on the f30!!!

Its a diference between the 335 and 328 cuz the 355 had dinnan stage 1 and dual cone intake but still the 328 feels awesome

Never buy a used vehicle without a proper inspection. I'd raise a hell on that BMW dealer, especially if the salesman is still there. Unfortunately, my guess is that you found it too late. Regardless, enjoy the car. At least you know this time that it hasn't been fixed up.

personally i think i would trust an owned car over a loaner. i take care of my car since i own it. a loaner, not so much.

Is that an a4 I spy? I wouldn't trust my f30 to sleep that close to an Audi!

Car looks stunning! So Canada doesn't get black mirror caps with sport package?

This is not correct. If I were you, I would consult a lawyer and determine if you should sue the dealer, who sold you the 335i, for misrepresentation and failure to disclose repair damage exceeding $2000. You stated that the dealer told you that the 335i was "accident free". The dealer lied to you and he should suffer the consequences.

In BC, this would be a very serious offence and you would have a good chance to recover the excess depreciation that your car suffered as a result of the undisclosed major repairs to your 335i. In addition, the dealer could lose his motor dealer license if he is convicted of "misrepresentation". Don't accept your significant loss, take action !!!

We do get the Black mirror caps, but I believe you can option in a body coloured mirror cap.

Wooot! another Albertan with an F30. I wanted AW aswell, but in the end couldn't pull the trigger and got BSM instead. Looks good!
