Does everyone know there is a small compartment under the trunk floor? Just lift the thin floor panel up and you will see it.
Now, here the feature I learned yesterday from my ED delivery specialist - lift the floor panel all the way up until the edge contacts the trunk roof you will hear a click as it catches and will stay up so you can access the hidden compartment. Looks to be a magnetic catch.

I get street names here in Canada. Here's a pic I took today when I should have had both hands on the wheel.

I'm not at all sure that the F30 has any kind of navigation related lane guidance. I'm assuming you mean something similar to the Garmin feature. If it does, then I don't have it or I haven't been in a situation where it manifested.

It does, and is similar to the Garmin, indicating the lane(s) you should be in.

OK then most likely it is due to the availability of the map data in this region. I think E90Fleet mentioned something like this before.

I get them also, however I did notice it doesn't show the street names all of the time, only when I'm getting more near the street that I should enter.

This, and the specific road location where you are driving.

A Garmin displays many more lane directions, including exit only lanes, than the Nav. The Nav commonly indicates large issues, such as which three lanes to take as two split off to another freeway, but displays far fewer minor lane positions.

I noticed this too. On the iDrive split screen it will always show the name of the next turn no matter how far away, but on the HUD the name does not popup until exactly 1.2 miles from the next turn. The arrow will be there, but no name until 1.2 miles away.

Climate

This is a cool feature particularly in a hot climate. You can set two timers on the climate page and the fan will come on at your scheduled time for up to a total of one hour. This will bring the interior temperature down to the outside temperature.
It makes the care a lot more comfortable to sit in and faster for the AC to cool it down!

Stuff like this really mitigates the cost of these vehicles.

When the 8sp is in M mode and you put it in park and apply the E brake, the shifter will move right on its own. Cool.
