F30 M performance lip installed on my Estoril Blue 335i

Previous front lips from BMW have been recommended to be installed by sanding down the paint on the front bumper and using BETALINK to install it. But I do know a few people that used double-sided tape to install it successfully.

I would love the front lip on mine. But it would be impossible to drive here since we have speed bumps everywhere in our cities.

I think the black (not the grey version) 3M tape with red backing will hold it no problem. I use glass cleaner on the paint before I apply aero pieces and it creates a good surface for the tape to stick on. No damage to the paint either

thats good to know! so i use that to put it on unpainted and decided to paint it later. how do i go about taking it off? Do i just heat gun it on low for a bit and remove it and use googone or something to get the remaining glue/residue of the original bumper?

Here are some pics from a show I went to over the weekend after getting the lip clear bra'd. I will have a Holiday shoot up in a few days

First shot was taken by Cali's very own- Limestand. It was a pleasure meeting him. His work is dope!
