low beam removal

anyone here change their low beam?

i am jealous now with my wife MCS 2016. hers are led. i just want my lowbeam at least match the angel eyes color.

what freaks me out is her cornering lights are damn bright. unlike ours is just the foglights.

but anyway, let me know who changed their hid low beam bulb and need diy.

It's fairly easy. Smaller hands will simplify things. Turn wheel, remove cover in wheel well, unclip and unplug. Reverse order for new bulbs.

I just changed turn signals and fog lights to the Weisslicht Spectrum white led bulbs and what a difference. Had to remove front tires and wheel well to change fogs but really easy to do. Great upgrade. If I knew how to post pictures I would.

Are they D1S?

Assuming the headlights are the same as my f30 HID, yes - D1S.

You guys think which kelvin will match the led angel eyes? 5000K or 6000K?

Success guys! Those clip are pain in the butt! Also both my hands now have scars lol.

No need any tool. Just fingers on top, push the lever and clip in front needs to slide on left while pushing the top clip. I'll take some photos
