Burnt titanium tip?

So...first off, how do you feel about burnt titanium tips on a estoril blue f30?

Also...I'm looking for 4" outlet tip with a 3" inlet. Does anyone know where I can find some at? Any help would be nice! The ones i find online just seem cheap to me. Thanks in advance peeps!
