Yes. Search the thread for the guys who did HIDs. There was someone who did it with the Kensun set and the relay harness from them.

I'm currently in the process of installing the kensun h7 hid kit with relay and warning cancellers. The lights are working and look great, but I'm getting a low beam malfunction warning. I pm'd Nemobanks who had originally bought this set, he said no warning or errors with this setup. I think he sold the car though.
I talked to Kensun and they sent me out a resistor at no cost and said that should fix the warning, hopefully I can get that installed next week and I'll try to let you know.

As far as the light output I'm not sure they are any better than the halogens that came with the USR lights, but I haven't done any adjustments of the beams yet so that may get better hopefully. The color out put is awesome though, (I got the 4300k so I could be as oem as possible) and street signs and road reflectors are lit up great.

Anyone, please help.
For the hid kit you will have to drill a ~7/8 inch hole in the round cap behind the bulb. The Kensun kit I bought came with a rubber seal made expressly for that purpose, I would imagine that all kits will have one. I've had mine in for a week with several rain storms and had no problems

Looking for a plug and play option, currently have Halogens. Would like to at least have projector halogens with angel eyes, if not a full HID setup.

It appears that the USR option is sold out?

It seems in the details when you select the headlights that they said the V3 is going to the "U-shape" that the LCI models have. I hope you can still get the one that has been sold out as i prefer that style much more...

I spoke with Lee from USR and he told me the lights will be restocked within 35-45 days and also the angel eyes will still be the same.

I have been running the set from USR since July last year without any issues. My recommendation is don't rely on H7s. I have gone through a few sets and was not satisfied at all. I changed it to Morimotos and have had no issues at all.

Did you put a relay harness in with this kit as well?

UPDATE: After about 2 months with these installed in all types of climates (freezing temps, snow, rain, 80 degree days, lol chicago weather for ya), these have been great. No condensation, functioning perfectly at all times.

What is amazing to me, is realizing how many f30 328's are on the road with stock halogens. I have only seen 1 out of like 50 f30 328s out on the road that had some sort of halos. I dont even see 328s that have replaced the DRLs/low beams with some sort of hid/led bulbs(no led rings). I will see some LCI 330s with the new stock DRLs, but those still don't compare to halos. So of course when I pass by with the DEPOs installed and they see I have a 328, they look like they have seen a unicorn lol.

Bottom line is, buy these when they are available, research how to install them and do it yourself. Best decision/upgrade Ive made.

I second this. Been over a month now since I've had mine. Just mainly heat here in California. And it's funny, I completely agree. I felt when I had the stock lights, I only saw halos, but now that I have them, I only see the stock lights and people are confused.

Hey guys I had these on for about 2 months now and so far no problem all is good. However, the stock low beams from USR is really bad no matter what I do the cutoff lines are not sharp and beam pattern is too narrow.

I am trying to upgrade to Morimoto H8 Elite HID system. Anyone has these on? do we have to remove the headlights again or are we able to access the bulb from where the wheel is at?

Did your cutoff get better after the install? Gonna order a set. Did you need new bulb holders?
