Thanks for great info. Can you please post second half of the spreadsheet? I am interested in X3 and X5 vehicles. Thanks a lot!

Can you please make a screenshot of the second half of the pricelist? Or post a spreadsheet here? A lot of us are interested to see x3 and x5 residuals and mf. Thanks in advance! Nice work.

Sorry that's the only spreadsheet I have, I was lucky enough to get a screenshot of it. You can ask your CA for those x3 and x5 residuals. Good luck!

too far from now.. I never get the first gen either.. plus I really love the E92.. V8 is awesome.

BUT I'm thinking of leasing now so I'll have the option when the 36mo is up.

Your thinking reassures me. I'm still on the fence between a 135i M Sport and a 328i M Sport. Although I would wait for the M235i I wouldn't get it right when it's out for the reasons you just outlined.

that's tough... yeah I would never get the first year.

If you're impatient like me, lease the 328i M.. lol

First year isnt always bad. My 08 M3 was one of the launch vehicles and it has been virtually problem free for 4 years now.

Question $734/month Good Deal or Not?

I am ordering an Estoril Blue II 335xi with black leather, hexagon blue stripe trim, cold weather pkg, premium pkg, driver assist pkg, driver assist plus, technology pkg, 8 speed sport transmission, and harmon kardon. At the port they are also installing the bmw performance grills and exhaust. She threw in a rim protector which they sell for $500 at the dealership. The car has an MSRP of $60,670 which doesn't include port accessories. They are doing a pull ahead for me and covering 3 payments which is 700/month totaling $2,100. The lease is $734 a month for 12,000 miles. I am only paying tax and tags up front which is $4,245 and after the app credit of $300 will be $3,945. What do you guys think? Did I do good?

The 3 payments is sweet.. but you shouldn't have to make any payments while waiting for your car anyway.

I don't know what the MF and residuals are off the top of my head for the 335, but I just got my numbers for the M3: MSRP$65K, $710/mo, taxes up front also. This was per-negotiating (I'll be going in on sat)

price out your lease at bmwconfig.com and see what you get. Or get an M3

MF .00125
Residual 62%
Holiday Credit $1500
Dealer's price was about $2000 over invoice too.. can definitely knock that down. NY Taxes/fees due at signing was $4263.

If you are a bmw owner already, you get another $1000 off.

I dunno, my dealer asked me what my target price was, and I said invoice, and he agreed. Then I applied a a $1000 discount and the $1000 holiday discount.

Hey guys, can anyone tell me what the current MF and Residual I should be getting on a f30 335I? I think the going rate for 39 months is .0013 & 60% residual, has anyone beat that?

Also, is the residual based on MSRP or the final negotiated sales price? And if the later is it before or after incentives/rebates?

Thanks for all the help, looking to getting my new 3 today!!

Good luck!
