No Hole License Plate Bracket with Park Distance Control
Does anyone know if this is possible? I live in California so a front license plate is required so I want to find out ASAP so I can ask my sales rep if he can request to not have them install the front mount that i think is hideous looking... Does anyone know if it is even possible to request that for a state that requires front plates?

They won't install it if you ask them not to. But you will have to sign a waiver when you take delivery of the car. |

Some of the tow-bolt brackets do, some don't. Good ones will indicate if they are compatible with PDC or not. Most say that you should remove them before going through a car wash.

Still no holes
Just picked 'er up on 3 January, the German dealer was nice enough to leave the bracket off the front. I came in with a couple rolls of velcro stripping and cut five pieces that just covered the flat center portion of the bumper. Still holding well, even after 4 hours driving in the rain to Prague and back. Hopefully it's easy to get the tape off when I get to AZ!

If you ask they will leave it off. It's not their issue if you are pulled over.
I have a goMinigo.com bracket for my M-Sport. I don't use but I have it in the hole if I happen to be pulled over. They will inform you that with the PDC on F30s you will have to drill their plate mount and your license plate to be offset to allow for PDC clearance.

Hi. Could you elaborate a bit on the drilling you noted below? I bought one of these brackets, and it came with 2 left offset brackets, but the instructions don't address this so I have no idea what to do with the 2nd bracket. Anyone have a pic of how they did it on their MSport with PDC?
Thanks! skeeny Quote:

Anyone have any installation information for the NHLPB with F30 M Sport and PDC? I've been driving in VA for about a month now w/o a front plate...I feel my luck is going to run out soon.
Thanks. Quote:

If you're worried about popo, then just use some velcro. It should come off easier than the badges, and it sticks just fine in all the weather I've been in so far.
