My BMW

I have the Vehicle Production Number and the Last 7 digits of my VIN but it still will not let me add the vehicle to my account. I called the 1-800 number to check on the status and it says my car is complete and is waiting to be released to the carrier. I also called CS and they could not add it either. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, I went through that and I can tell you that because I tried to add my new car, my account is locked up, I can't pass from the log in screen. BMW NA is trying to fix my problem.
