Exclamation 2015 idrive issue

My idrive in my new 15' 335i did a few random reboots then would restart afterwards yesterday. Then all of a sudden on the road it shut down and didn't turn back on. Everything still works like my HUD, ac, heated seats, switching from sport to sport+ etc.

No nav or radio or bt. Can someone advise how to a hard reset? Tried turning the car off and on. Tried pressing the volume power button and also the eject button for 30 seconds. Left it as overnight fired her up and still nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could be a blown fuse. I would pull the carpet out of the trunk and locate your fusebox; there's a white booklet there that tells you which fuse is for which component and locate the one for the head unit. I've had this problem before on mine and a friend pointed that out to me.

Does the screen turn on at all?
