Bimmerlink error
Bimmer link app keeps crashing reading the ecu’s at 76% and 22 ecu’s on my 2015 335d
I’ve used both my iPhone and Ipad and two different approved blue tooth OBD port connectors (which Bimmerlink connects to no problem at all) I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled the app. Any suggestions? |

Not teaching you to suck eggs; but have you done a full soft reset on your iPad / iPhone when you've uninstalled and re-installed the app?

Yeah make sure the iphone/pad is updated and also the dongle's firmware if available.
I use the Veepeak dongle on my iPhone and it works flawlessly. The dongle company should publish updates shortly after Apple release their updates as something usually changes in the OS that needs a firmware revision. |

The Andream car play unit is the problem. Bimmercode has a setting to allow the exclusion of the head unit; once selected, it connects straight away. At least I have my answer.
