1 minute to disconnect the battery, 5-8 minutes to connect all the sensors.

Sign me up for this

Will it leave tuner code that will void warranties?

There hasn't been a definitive no to the code, although it has been suggested so. However, the out that BMS offer, is for you/us to buy their CAN tool, which can delete any codes that may appear.

Still, if you have any warranty issues, remove the piggyback before taking your car to the dealer for service. Just as easy to remove as it is to install.

The CT works for the N20/N26 for code delete. Or wait for the Stage2 which has it built in. Stage2 also turns off light for downpipes.

More info here..

for clarification, those of us with Stage 1, when we go to upgrade, what will be the cost? will there be an upgrade option or will it require us to pay another 400?

Soon……..Hehehe.

It's my birthday in early May, so I'm hoping for it to be available by then so I can (read - my family can) treat myself (me) to the S2 upgrade.

Sounds plausible, yes?

for further clarification, if I live in San Francisco and already have the stage 1 tune, is it not worth it or even damaging to get the stage 2? i'm getting mixed messages between california having the worst 91 mix, to the little amoutn of power increases with 91. I'm actually worried my stage 1 might be damaging

No, your fine, stage 1 by default is set up for 91 and stage 2 has been dynod on 91 and showed a reasonable gain.

I'm more worried about it damaging my engine with Pings. I just wanted to make sure that stage 1 and stage 2 weren't made for 93 octane specifically but also thoroughly tested for sad people like me who chose to live in california.

"sad" and "chose to live in california" don't really go together

I have just installed my ER downpipe with the BMS 02 fix and it brought up my check light.
I have being running the stage1 with AFE intake and M performance exhaust and did not have any engine check light until the downpipe install.
I have a P3 gauge already installed in my obd port,so im just hoping the stage 2 is going to turn off my check engine light.
Any news of when the stage 2 will be for sale?
Will the engine check light affect my car performance?
