I just put a dinan sport on my 2016 328i and at the same time put on a afe intake. Love the sound and power. I didn't want to do Anything else because there is only so much you can do before you start having problems.

BMS still has the trade in program if you got the JB+ from them direct.

If you got it from a dealer, you need to check with your dealer.
We do offer a trade in if customer gets JB4 later on

I got my JB+ direct from Burger and they told me no trade in when I asked.

Dinan sport should fit the M135i, i do recommend the JB+.
I do not see any need to pay an extra $100 for bluetooth when all it will do is increase boost on the fly.

Dinan sport will stack up for MPPK people. Tested on M235i. Now, will the others too?? I know jb4 not.

Other Stage 1 will stack up as well .. Not sure it would be a good idea to add +3-4 psi blindly unless you have another way to monitor the different parameters

It provides you with the ability to change the setting of the car in cases like bad weather or lower grade (or higher) fuels in an area you may be in. The 1/2 mile event I went to a few weeks back I had been running the car in Race mode which they recommend at least 93oct fuel for. As I left the event I stopped to refuel in the area for the drive back and they only had 91oct super. So I took it out of Race mode and drove back in Sport (+2).

I've yet to try valet mode at -3, but seems like a good idea for a valet circumstance or even icy roads.

Its great that you were able to do so using the bluetooth, but at the same time if you had used another option, all you had to do is turn the switch on the tune which would have taken 10 seconds.

I just dont see the $100 being worth it to save 10 seconds

The unit comes from factory at 75% +3 psi over stock you can open it up and turn it all the way to MAX +4 psi if you want. NO CEL means no check engine light after install or the last month I have had it so far.

Question for JB+ users or forum sponsors, is there much long term downside to running a JB+ on max settings w/91 oct. fuel? How about on 93 octane? I want to get the most out of this thing while limiting the potential for problems down the road...
I am OK with CELs, I have a portable scan tool. I just want to get a feel for the long-term reliability of the car under max boost settings on the JB+

Any help appreciated, thanks!

Tune is 100% safe and well within the limits of your engine/turbo ... There is nothing to worry about
