(F30) Official BLACK F30 Photo Thread

Hello! After 3 months of my car sitting at the service department I finally got it back yesterday. Back in September my friend ran my car over a curb ~40-50mph and destroyed the 2 driver side wheels, my front lip as well as incurring some suspension damage. After working with the insurance company they decided to purchase me a new set of wheels if I could find something in stock ready to ship. I purchased a set of HRE FF01 in Gloss Silver and had them the following week. Sadly my car is still not complete, even after sitting for 3 months. They some how failed to order a new front lip for my car and a replacement steering rack that has been on back order for about a month has yet arrived. I just picked it up and Houston and will be having the rest of the issues taken care of in Dallas as well as a new wind shield.

**Yes. Just noticed there is a lug nut missing on the rear driver side.

Just a couple quick shots I took today and I think they turned out pretty well! Once I get my car back to Dallas and have the remaining issues sorted out I will definitely get a detail and some better shots.

Hi all,
I got some upgrades on my car and I thought I'd share some photos and info with you all.
I have a 2013 335 xi in metallic black and these are the mods:
. AC Schnitzer springs, the car rides lower by 1 and 1/2 inches
. AC Schnitzer rear spoiler
. 3D Design front lip spoiler ( this makes the car look super bad ass!)
. IND Distribution painted lower whiskers
. IND Distribution painted side reflectors
. IND Distribution gloss black front grilles
. BBS CH-R 19 inch wheels in bright silver

I looked around and read a bunch of treads here and elsewhere before I put the BBS wheels on to get an idea on how they look and to see if the car needed any modifications to accommodate the new wheels. The answer is no, the 19' BBS CH-Rs fit right in without the need of spacers or fender rolling. I had 19' mixed tires before and I'm using the same tires on the BBS', that is the Bridgestone Potenza 225/40/19 front and 255/35/19 rear.
As for the AC Schnitzer springs they feel really nice and tight. You do have to take the car in to do an alignment a couple of weeks after you install them.
The AC Schnitzer spoiler looks very nice indeed but I'd go for the BMW option if I were to do it again. The Schnitzer spoiler attaches with glue and unless the install is done by a very experienced technician it can result in a not so proper fit as it is a nightmare to install.
I'm attaching a FEW photoS here, to see more go to my flickr page below.

I will have more photos of the car from more angles as soon as I get time to shoot more.
Cheers.
Ciprian.

I have a 2013 328i xdrive with sport package.
The setup I'm running is 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rear. VMR V710 rims. 235/30/19 front and 265/30/19 rear.

I have a brand new set of h&r super sport springs sitting at home that I plan to install this summer. For now my 4x4 stance is going to have to do. It's not horrible but it's bothering me already. Anyways here's 2 quick pics. Sorry for the dirty car, winter time in Canada

Finally got my springs put in. Suspension is not done. Going to get Bilstein struts/shocks next month and I'm going to search for some sway bars and end links. Anyways, here's some pictures I took at work. It's a staggered setup and I love it. Feels like my BMW now. I even put on the blacked out kidney grills. The mod bug has me.
