When to walnut blast on f30 335- 45k miles?

Like the tittle says, when should I be considering a walnut blast? 14 f30 335, mppk and jb+ stack, commuting miles pretty much. Let me know

Take a peak when you change the OFHG because you'll have to loosen the intake manifold.

The N55 is not near as bad as the N54 so isn'ta suggested interval.

I had the same concern. I have a 2015 335. The top tech at my BMW dealer told me to forget about it. He said that he has never seen an N55 engine with the intake valve issue that requires the walnut blast cleaning. It's only a problem with earlier engines. Hope this helps.
