2014 Bmw 328i xdrive, looking help to do some coding( North New Jersey).

I'm located in Morris county in North Jersey, is anyone close by willing to spend a few minutes to go over the coding procedure on my BMW? I have the base line 328I x-drive with the N26 engine, with Nav / tech package, and would like to code in sport +, and launch control. There may be some other options also that i would like to see if there possible.

I'm completely new to this, not sure what software or anything is needed...

Thanks for the link. It seems a little intimidating tho... I don't wanna mess anything up. That's the main reason why I wanted to see if someone could show me the correct way first...you know "teach a man too fish".
