Window Problem

So purchased a 428i last week. Now im experiencing a problem with the passenger side window. Its not coming down a little bit when you open the door. So you cant close it shut because the window is in the way. Any thoughts?

Take it back to the dealer to fix. It used to be pretty easy, just a case of the car 'learning' where the fully closed window position is.
However, it's something that really should have been picked up and fixed pre-delivery. I'd be asking them to do a PROPER PDI, in full, as they obviously didn't do it correctly last time.
