I am not allowed to provide any pricing here (commercial activity) and I am not sure how much the Nav option is in the USA, but I would rather order the Nav from factory if I had a chance.
This retrofit is for somebody who already has the car that does not have the Navigation.

I think you can upgrade it If your CID with navi and Pro Radio already. If your original car just have CIC ( the center computer don't have HDD, Navigator and Pro Radio pakage ) you can not upgrade to a big one . Because original CIC is not support for 1024x768 screen, just only for 600x800 6.5'' screen.

IIRC there is a coding option for resolution, at least in the newer entry nav that is based off NBT, so you could probably just replace the screen.

Yes Joe is correct the AVIN 8.8" Android system is only compatible with NBT.

Sorry for the bump. I'm considering a used 2014 435i that only has the small screen with no Nav. Is there anything I can look for in the VIN decode to let me know if that Avin screen will work with the car?
