Who has the parking assistant option and would you get it again? Kind of on the fence about getting it.

I have the parking assist and parking assist plus. Here's my in depth review: Meh. I added them primarily for my wife. She has a backup camera in her Subie, and it's hard to go back to not having one. For me, it's probably not the best box I ticked on the option list. Not sure I would get it again. The system in my f30 however is no comparison (much better) when compared to that of the Subaru. The parking assist in the BMW does exactly what you would need it to do, if that helps you make a decision at all.



While we're at it, lane departure is totally annoying!

I have it, and use it almost daily now that I live in the city. Only once has it messed up on me. It got half way in the spot, stopped, and said to take over. Not sure what the glitch was. I would definately use it again.

I have it and in the nearly 8 months I've had my car I've used it once. The one time I did use it was quite interesting. It is quite bizarre leaving the car to do the work.

I really only got it because it was part of the parking pack. I wanted most of what was included except the Park Assist which I knew I wouldn't really use. As it was only a small amount more to have it I figured why not, if only for the novelty!

Would I order it again, no probably not. Unless of course it was included in the same sort of pack. It's good but more of a gimmick really
