The blue would've been cool but I will just live with the clean aluminum look.

I ordered the EBII finisher with aluminum hexagon to break up all the black (black leather interior, black paint), and because I think it compliments the aluminum and the plastics (dash) better than the high gloss. |

I think the gloss black with aluminum accent strip looks good and classy. I personally think the blue would look out of place unless you have a blue car or if they offered blue stitching on the interior leather (still surprised that wasn't included with the MSport). And I agree with the above that colored strips don't look great with wood trim.
On a side note, how is the piano black trim as far as fingerprints and durability? Does it scratch easily? |

Aluminum is the accent color in your case

I find it shows the dust and if you do get fingerprints on then it is noticeable but a quick wipe with a cloth and it brings up the glossy shine again. It still looks amazing though and gives the car a very classy looking interior

That was the M Sport key ring I had as a freebie from the dealership I bought the car from. Apparently they normally hand out bouquets of flowers so I reckon I dodged a bullet there
