Adjust LEDs on 2016f30

Hey guys I was searching and I'm looking for instructions on how to adjust my LED headlights. From at the factory they're practically pointed straight at the ground. I just use 6 mm Allen?

Philips screwdriver or allen key that fits whatever size it is. Height adjustment is done on the adjuster nearest to the centre line of the car, the other one is left/right adjustment.

I opened up circular cover and there is one screw in there. Is that it

Shouldn't need to open up anything, the covers on the headlights are one time use according to etk, probably because the tabs weaken like the xenons on the pre-lci.
