So i'm planning on getting the VMR V810 Flow Forged 19" Wheels.
Front Size/Offset : 19x8.5 ET35 (5x120)
Rear Size/Offset : 19x9.5 ET40 (5x120)
Would these fit without an issue? And also, for tire size, can I run
Michelin PSS Front Tire Sizes 245/35/19
Michelin PSS Rear Tire Sizes 265/35/19
Or can I fit a 275 in the rear? and if I could what offset would I need?

Im running a set of Morr wheels and they are
19x8.5 et 33 and 19x9.5 et 40
Tire size is: 245/35/19 and 275/30/19

I have similar question, which rear tire size is better for 19*10 ET45 between 265/35/19 and 275/30/19?

Sorry for having taken so long to get with you guys! Those wheel specs will work just fine on the F3x cars. I would recommend using a 235 in the front rather than a 245 and also reduce the profile in the rear to 30 rather than 35.
