Man those RVs really suck. If my logic is correct, the new $1,000 incentive with the drop in residual value % helps deals with lower priced MSRPs as opposed to fully loaded cars, with negotiated price being close to a little above invoice.

I think they're trying to move the huge stock of '13 328s dealers have on hand. Some in the Los Angeles area still have close to 100 '13 328's in stock. Traditionally, RVs increase for new model year cars. I think the RV numbers will rebound very soon after this push to move the '13s. As a result, dealers are in a sense dissuading you to get a '14 now with those horrible numbers and trying to get you in a '13 with their willingness to move on negotiated price numbers.

My dealer has 4 locations and sitting on about 250 328's in stock and about 10 335's in stock.

2013 335's seem to be selling steadily.

2013 328's seem to be sitting on lots. So it makes sense they killed the MF and barely lowered the RV while giving the 1K build out credit.

Mine is due in to NYC on 7/17, and living in MA, I should have it before August rates come into play, unless something goes horribly wrong.

The rates for the 2014 suck but I will deal with it. With all the 335's selling well I don't see why they killed the lease program. My dealer had 6 the other day and sold all of them over this holiday weekend.

Hi Jason,

Can you kindly let me know what the RV and MF is for a 2014 435i with 10k miles per year for 36 months?

I am in Los Angeles county, not sure if that affects the MF.

Thank you so much

I think you posted in another thread that your SA/CA gave you this number.

They absolutely cannot mess with the RV, and it sounds in the right ballpark

Hey Jason,

Do you know if the same RV and MF apply to all 4 series models?

I will be ordering a 428i xdrive and was wondering what the RV and MF for that would be...

All depends on what packages, options you want. Build it how you want and then multiply it by 7% and thats roughly your invoice or go to bmwconfig.com

Hi Jason,

Thanks for the quick reply. 435i doens't seem to be up on bmwconfig.com yet, at least I was not able to find it.

I am just wondering what the invoice for a base 435i is, so it would be around $46k - ($46k * 0.07) = $42,780?

Thank you for your time really appreciate it!

Hey Jason,

sorry for this but there is a rumor that the m-sport brake option ($650) for 2014 will no longer be the blue fixed piston brakes. you seem to have a good pulse on things, can you confirm or deny that real quick in regards to the f30 and f32/33

thanks
