jb4 and P3 gauge install

Hey guys got a question..how many of you have the JB4 and P3 installed on you n20..??...I had the tuner installed for a month or so then installed the P3 today...I read somewhere that some ppl were having problems with both of them working together..like 1 takes precedence over the other one and tuner wont function at full potential...well my P3 is working and seems like car is working good to as well.. but got me thinking can anyone else confirm that they have this setup with no issues as well...thanx in advance

I'm pretty sure the trouble arises when you try to do the JB4 OBD2 and the P3 at the same time. If you're not JB4/OBD2 then no issues ( or less issues ).

This isn't the proper forum for this type of question BTW.

It won't give you accurate readouts of the boost/vacuum pressure. At least that's what happened when I paired it with my BMS Stage 1.

Not sure if this is relevant but i was talking to matt @ p3 cars and he said they have a solution to use P3 and JB4 at the same time.
Maybe Tim@P3Cars.com can chime in

I know with my AWRON it was all screwed up with fluctuating data and couldn't take logs and was getting random codes on my jb4. Obviously the AWRON had to go lol

Been in contact with Rick at P3 and he said that they have a 328i in house with JB4 and P3 gauge and have done a lot of testing with and without jb4 installed and data logging as well and there was no differance with or without it and he assures me that I'm all good..everything will work perfectly..won't affect the jb4 performance or the accuracy of the gauge
