H&R Super Sport Springs on stock shocks
Im planning to put H&R Super Sport Springs on my F30 while keeping my stock shocks for now. Does anyone have any experience with the ride? Any problems with riding on these springs on shock springs?

I did the sport only with stock shocks along with wheel spacers, I say it's pretty worth it a little stiff but acceptable, I think super sport will be unforgiving for a daily driver especially in a curbed roads.

So would it be better to install the 704 sport suspension shocks or put aftermarket springs (dinan/H&R) on the stock shocks in terms of improved handling while maintaining decent ride quality?

I've been running h&r super sport springs on my stock dhp suspension for almost a year now. The ride in comfort and sport mode mode are fine and not punishing at all. I would recommend it.

This might be a stupid question, but would replacing the springs (e.g. H&R) affect the adaptive suspension function (e.g. eco, comfort or sports).
I have heard that inserting coilovers could void the system. thx |

As long as you leave the ZHP dampers in the car, you will still have edc. If you take those dampers out (coil overs), obviously you won't have the edc anymore.

More aggressive springs with stock shocks is a no-go in my book. The ride will be more bouncy / stiffer, the stock shocks were not made for the aggressive springs & will wear out much faster, and the handling wont necessarily get that much better if not worse.
Just upgrading springs is probably worse in areas with bad roads, but wont be as bad in places with decent roads. Do it right and get shocks made for more aggressive springs, or dont do it all.
