Wow.. checking back on this thread, glad so many of you have had success swapping out this part. Easy, inexpensive mod to upgrade the interior!

I have just completed fitment of the trim, Looks fantastic. I do have a question for anyone that has completed this, The dash trim wont stay flush at the top of the trim? right below the navigation display. Any tips for getting this to fit correctly?

I just replaced my ac trim with the gloss black and am very pleased with how much it improves the look of the inside. Here are some pics that i took of the final product and one picture showing how to get that clip out. I figured it out after i mutilated the first one. You basically take your finger nail and use it to grip and pull out that clip using that little plastic ledge piece on the connector. I tried using a screwdriver and it broke that little ledge on the actual piece but i practiced with the second one on the bottom. It does take quite some effort though, so don't be afraid to use some strength.

I'm over the glossy plastic.. It smudges and scratches.
