The lighting really makes the EBII color look waaaaaay different than any other thread on here. Great pics man.
Question for you though - under direct sunlight, like 12 noon, does yours still look a bit "pastel" washed out color? It looks nice and dark/deep/metallic in your photos but I dunno. I keep going back and forth between wanting Alpine white, Metallic Grey, or Estoril Blue for my order. |

Keep doing what you are doing bro! Looks Great! Can't believe some people's insecurities on here. LOL. LOL.
Actually, I like the advantages of the 428i over the 435i.

My Black-Friday gift to myself was an M-Performance spoiler lip from getbmwparts. The paintwork is fantastic, and the installation was simple.
What do you all think? Happy Holidays, peeps!!!

I used to have a 06 Cayman as a weekend car and now I have a 993 C2S. The BMW is a better daily drive for sure, but it's no comparison to a Porsche in terms of handling, steering feel, and overall fun factor.
You will miss your Boxster. |

No doubt your car looks great ... One of the best 4 I've ever seen on this forum ... But I'm questioning the cost of the mods could have placed you in a 435 stock without the need to do some of your expensive mods :

nice trunk lip, now I am second guessing ordering the higher kick spoiler.
also, dual exhaust is just more visually pleasing, these clowns like to nitpik over everything. There are Kias and Hyundais that come with dual exhaust stock, its not that big of a deal.

[QUOTE=Ryan9095;17008338]Is this the M performance exhaust upgrade? Car looks great! I really like the wheels.
$250 should be a used stock 335i or 435i muffler. MPE costs over 1k installed.

The rims are 8.5x19 F and 9.5x19R.
The tires are 225/40ZR19 and the rears are 265/35ZR19. These are the OEM 19" tire sizes. However, they are a tad too narrow- leaving the rim edge exposed. For my next set, I'll definitely order 235F and 265R.

Sorry to go off topic, but If you guys wanna hear how a 435i exhaust sounds on a 428i, look under the engine and exhaust thread. Your car looks amazing by the way!
