TMS twh9905001 hub extenders don't fit 2017
car is a 2017 f36 4GC.
on ecs's website they list this model year as 'fits' when I ordered. https://www.ecstuning.com/b-turner-m...ir/twh9905001/ BMW F36 430i B46 2.0L I have +35 front wheels but the perfect offset for my car is 30 so i'm using 5mm HR spacer and burger's extender bolts i have from prior cars i have about 7-8mm hub left after the spacer but there's a 3mm chamfer on the inside of the wheel so really 4-5mm at best so I thought for 60 bucks why not have peace of mind.. I noticed VAC's extenders are seperated into two models where TMS seems to have only one that goes from e30 to f80 bmws... here's some pics.. i put the wheel and spacer back on but you can see where the hub lip is clean rust free.. that's from the extender trying to make it's way in but this is not just a matter of tight fit.. more of a doesn't fit and too much metal.. i hammered the shit out of it more than i should to install anything on anything and it still didn't fit.. the hammering did start rounding off the metal on the extender.. Anyone experience this? should I get the VAC ones? or forget extenders all together since i was able to confirm the wheel sits hubcentric with no studs and wheel pin attached View post on imgur.com |

I think one question is do I feel vibrations no but i do feel the change in handling from a widened track and probabaly now have zero scrub radius or even slight positive which makes my handling a little twitchy at low speeds accellerating and braking...

i have a F36, tms extenders, same outcome. not sure if it makes a difference but i have studs and it's fine without the extenders.
i should have wrote turner and got a refund for the extenders. i'm guessing it does not fit any of the F-series... |
