Had I been driving 30, I might have hit him through no fault of my own.

You're right. Keep driving fast in the neighborhood. And keep recording it, so that when you do hit someone they will know exactly who did it.

I think it's great that you posted a video of your exhaust. I think that's fine.

However, when your are doing it in a neighborhood where the speed limit is either 25 or 30 mph, someone could get hurt or killed.

A video like that should be out on a country road, not in a residential neighborhood.
