Is it okay to bring in debadged lease BMW for service?

So my check engine light came up, and I have to drop off my car next week. I have tinted windows, custom rims, and debadged my lease car. Is it okay to bring it into service like this? Any opinions or experience?

Debadging will definitely void your power train warranty.

No it won't. You might want to remove the tint though.

Was a joke - sorry if that was missed. No dealer is going to care if you removed badges as long as there is a badge when you go to turn it back in at lease end.

I know people that turn them in without and no issues. You can leave them off at turn-in as well.

I returned a debadged audi a4 once and they didn't even blink. Just depends on dealer though. Our audi was spotless for the lease return which I'm sure helped.

Just traded in a de-badged e90 335, and they didn't look twice. When the deal was done I told them the badges were in a ziplock in the trunk. They didn't notice they were missing.
