Custom exhaust vs MPE vs AA

Picking up my F30 in 2 weeks and want an exhaust. If I go custom with magnaflow muffler, 80mm tips, and 3" piping what do I do with the actuator? Codes? warranty issue? This would be cheapest option and still sound great I think as I did it on my e92.

Another option is the AA axle back....does this retain the actuator or not? I love the sound from the clips though.

Or MPE which seems very quiet???maybe not worth the $$$

any insight would be helpful.

the AA keeps the actuator servo motor but it serves no function. it just bolts to the side of the axel back and the electrical connector plugs in. The actuator does not connect to anything. There is a little buzz at 70mph plus at highway speeds. I drive a lot of highways so I notice this. It takes a little to get used to. I have the automatic trans 328i not sure if this makes a difference.

Yeah, I was reading somewhere that they would just zip tie the actuator on something so it wouldn't rattle.
