Leaking convertible

Its pouring down with rain, the climate control is alternately blowing cold air on the windscreen to counter the condensation forming on the inside of the windscreen [No I don't leave the a/c on all the time - its a convertible, if I need the a/c due to heat I take the roof off].

I've noticed two water leaks - identical locations on the rear passenger windows on either side.

Can someone remind about the wonder products they use to keep their window rubbers supple.
