Dinan Stage 1 tune for my 428i GC installation

After doing much research, I've decided to get the Dinan Stage 1 tune for my '15 428i GC. Here in the Houston area, there are two authorized Dinan dealers: Momentum BMW Southwest and BMW of Houston North. I don't have much experience with either dealer's service departments. Any insight as to which one is better?
