Is the build out credit for an outgoing MY or is that related to options? Basically, will that credit apply to the MY14 or just the MY13?

Jason, do you have rates for MY14 ActiveHybrid 3?

Build out credit only apply to MY13? or 14 also?

Thanks

Build out only on '13's. What rates do you want for it?

RV for 15k and 12k on 36 & 24 months.

And I'm assuming MF is same as all others posted, correct?

You're off your rocker if you think you'll also get a new MY with the best incentives and selling prices ...

All F30 purchase is still 3.05% through BMWFS
Recalculated my lease payments on the MY13 335i I have on order...looks like the increased RV and the added Build-Out Credit cancel each other out...my payments come out almost exactly the same as using the June rates.

MF and RV bumped up my payment about $9, but the credit brought it down about $20 or so. But my selling price was probably much lower than yours, so the incentive probably had more effect in my case.

Whew! Glad I'm locked in at 1.9% on financing. Still not sure if the Build Out Credit would apply to my deal.

Was waiting for these to come out before I signed. Payment goes up $1.40 so looks like I'll be using May programs

Haa...nice..my payment goes down roughly $1...so I should use Julys' once my car comes in...unless Sept programs are better. Mine is a SA build and is due to be finished production on 7/8...I'll probably see a mid Sept delivery if I'm lucky.

From what I understand as long as you ordered more than $1K worth of options/add-ons it should apply. But if you want to use the credit you also have to take whatever financing is offered for July as well...
Do the math both ways and see which is the better program

Yea, and you didn't take as much of a hit on the RV as I did on the 335...when is your car due in?
