Sorry to hear that, you saved yourself a lot of money. Nowadays, if you don't have previous arrangement, it is almost always a waste of time. It is a much better idea to negotiate with multiple dealers over Internet, and then the only reason you want to show up at the dealership is to sign papers for everything that has been agreed to.

The good news is now you know what to do and what to look for, so you can make a much better deal!

I'm sorry but what exactly was terrible? The only thing I see is trying to get you to put down $4000 and they could do better on the sale price. They gave you buy rate on the MF and the Acq Fee was marked up but that's what everyone does unless you bring it up that it should be $725. And more incentives aren't on the 328 than the 320. They are probably willing to deal more on the 328 since they probably have a lot more of those than the 320's

Some dealers already have them. McKenna has one for sale now. It has upgraded wheels as well. I took pictures last night.

If you order now, you can save money (depends on what you plan to order) and then choose today's rates, or October, or November, i.e. any month prior your delivery. It could be the following week, not this coming one, before we know what they're. I locked my rates in August, and hope they improve in October.

Are you doing a Balloon? It is 52% for a 435i but 50% for a 435xi

Yeah I am aware of this, but I'd rather know the rate first before placing the order Plus nobody is willing to do more than $1,000 below MSRP for a 435i coupe...

Jason, any idea when the October lease rates (RV & MF) will be released?

435i is tough, but your lease rates may not be better in October. What is the incentive for BMW to offer a better deal (doesn't mean they won't ) for 4 series if they can't make them fast enough?

63% is a good residual value. I was told the RV for a 36 mo/15k yr lease was 52% - that is awful. Not a balloon payment.

Yea, 63% (10k) is quite good, actually.

Jason, any idea when the October lease rates (RV & MF) will be released?

I was able to negotiate $2800 off a 435i. (No incentives included in that discount) Placed the order last Friday (9/27). Shop around. There are deals to be made.

Dealers have the rates for the 2014 F32. BMW has not published them on their site. I ordered a 435i with 62% RV, .00125 MF 36 months 12K a year.

You should check out this site: http://www.ridewithg.com

It usually has all of the updated lease rates from the manufacturers. The 2014 F32 rates are published there.

Thats a pretty stupid question to ask if theres build out cash on a brand new model.

According to what I was told, this should be my MF after figuring everything off the base rate.

If MF is .00125
+ ED .00030
Total .00155

.00155
- Prepay .00080
- 7 MSD .00049

Total MF for my prepaid lease would be .00026 does that sound correct?
Cant combine one pay lease and MSD programs, the one pay already includes your 36 MSDs
