Reporting back with good news.
2013 328i xdrive 36month/10k miles per year. sparkling bronze with beige leather, cold weather, premium and navi. MSRP: $46,525 Cap cost: $40,000 RV: 59% $3500 down to have 7 msd. $725 acquisition Fees including first month payment: $1599.31 monthly payment: $426 with 6.25% local tax included the GF is pretty happy and i am too.

If you order now, you can save money (depends on what you plan to order) and then choose today's rates, or October, or November, i.e. any month prior your delivery. It could be the following week, not this coming one, before we know what they're. I locked my rates in August, and hope they improve in October.

435i is tough, but your lease rates may not be better in October. What is the incentive for BMW to offer a better deal (doesn't mean they won't ) for 4 series if they can't make them fast enough?

yeah tell me about it...I just don't want to jump the gun and regret my deal looking back summer next year. the RV is atrocious @ 63% right now.

63% is a good residual value. I was told the RV for a 36 mo/15k yr lease was 52% - that is awful. Not a balloon payment.
