If the springs are seated properly in the cups, there is no settling going on.
I disagree, yes the will be seated etc, but there is a noticeable differance in height after a few days, i agree it prob makes no difference to the geometry settings, but they do settle it terms of height.

We'll have to agree to disagree. The only way a properly seated suspension can drop lower, is if the steel coil spring deforms and takes a permanent set. If that was happening, you'd have a pretty serious problem on your hands.

I have also been looking at the Bilstein B14 PSS coilovers. I don't want something overly complicated as it is only a 318d after all. Its more for looks without compromising quality. £739 on eBay. Any experience anyone?
