I'll be getting in touch with them now, Passenger side is way off. Ridiculous.

Gutted, got the LED's all fitted on the drivers side and then unbox the passenger....

Just got of the phone with their support, Was asked to email them with pictures. Mine's pretty much the same as Jus71n.

They've checked the remaining stock and they all appear to be like that? could be designed that way as the high beams seem to be in line flashed in front if the garage, they've emailed depo to see and should have an answer this week

I haven't checked mine yet. But, i notice one of my high beam patterns is slightly higher than the other.

Not sure mate, they say the others in stock are about the same, some have smaller gaps than others but still have gaps, they have contacted depo and await a reply. The unit isn't broken, nor have the 2 replacements been the reflector is fixed in that position. If they are indeed manufactured like that then the options are, live with it or send back for a refund and refit halogen

I'll be honest, I was really involved in the installation of mine and didn't notice until Aaron asked for some pictures of the high beam bulb alignment, that's when I noticed it

The high beam reflector isn't fixed, it will move with the dipped beam when the adjusters are turned.

If you set the dipped beams up as per mine are the high beams still out?

It only seems like the passenger side. I only noticed it when reading through the thread, so I went in the garage and opened the box !! Mine is not that bad but is definitely off a bit

They have been set up by BMW, and by fixed i mean it does not wobble about like there something broken inside, it's stable in that position

Fair enough - be interested to see what Eurowagens/Depo come back with then.

Must be a major PITA changing them out each time though.

As I said, they've come back with, all they have in stock are like that to a degree, some worse that others. They've contacted depo to see what they say but at the moment its kinda accept it or return them for a refund and refit the halogen units.

I only fit the first set, each set since I've inspected on delivery and seen there is a gap before fitting.

Not sure, wouldn't want to fiddle. The last one they sent is only a small gap so if its a case of live with that or go back to halogen then i guess I live with it

Just had a look at the girlfriends and hers are in perfect alignment with the housing so I doubt they are meant to be this way, simply terrible QC.

Jus71n I just checked my passenger side headlight, the full beam reflector is not facing straight as driver side.

Is that the same problem you have mate?

mine turned up this afternoon the left one is slightly out so will fit and see if the alignment is ok. i could live with it if it is.
