Hello,
New to F32, in my traded E82 I was able to see the shift change from the automatic transmission, the display showed D1 thru D7 based on the gear that the car was running. In my new F32 I can't see that, the only thing that I see in the display is D, I went thru the owners manual with out having any luck on finding if this can be change, any one that can help?

For the record, it does show you in sport mode. Perhaps it wasn't deemed as desirable in the general comfort mode?

The only way to display is in sport or manual. I don't find it of very much value in standard drive to know the gear. Then again, I don't find myself in drive all that often

The only way to display the gear is in Manual.

However you can code the car to display the gear in DS....but no one has found for D

Could you please tell me which code to enable gear number in DS mode ?
I can't have it to work.

I have SAT on my 330d F31 and when i coded in KOMBI the SPA_SPORT_ENABLE and SPA_ENABLE to aktiv then Kombi cluster doesn't work anymore for gear display : nothing is display anymore nor DS nor D ... display stay black

Remove - SPA_ENABLE

For some reason it disables the notification.

On my 2015 model 335i, this is the default behavior when engaging sport transmission by flipping the gear shifter to the left, but not when using the button to engage sport mode.

Trouble is, even assuming you could get it to display in "D", the size of the figure shown is too minuscule to be of any real use.

Hi what other code did you do? I set aktiv to SPA_SPORT_ENABLE, but still getting DS, even after retrofitting 2tb
