Maz335i gets his 2012 335i!!! FINALLY!!!

Hello People,

I have finally picked up my brand spanking new F30 and YES its a 335i.

What a roller coaster ride for me? I currently own and drive an E90 335i and love it. I decided to upgrade to the F30. I felt that price was a bit of an issue and since I wanted to do some mods, I decided to order a 328i.

8 days before I pick up my car I get this weird feeling. Am I doing the right thing? Is this what I really want? Surely it's not gonna be my last car so who cares? Or will it!!!

I knew I had to go with what my heart was saying and that was the 335i. I talked to my CA and he has been the best salesman I've ever met. If any of you are interested in a deal thats gonna knock your head off, please PM me. I will ask you to meet with Lee Hui at BMW of Mississauga!

I spoke to him and he told me to go with what I really wanted...thats where it all ended! I picked up my 335i YESTERDAY!!!

In fact, just today I had someone pull over right beside me at a red light and compliment the new wheels I installed. I was so happy!!!

I wanted to complete my mods before posting any pictures but I started getting PM's from a lot of people, in fact one person who knows who he is asked me to hurry up with the pics!

Anyway I went out and used my awesome iPhone 4S to take some good pictures and later brought out the "real" camera for some quality pics which will be the last few.

So guys enjoy and let me know...

You can see from my signature the mods I have planned out and over the next few days I've got appointments booked to get them done!!!

This will give you a "rough" idea of the interior.

When I say rough I really mean it! The car looks way different in real life!!! I love the Saddle Brown and extremely happy I went with it!!!

You had them paint the brake calipers in red too...

did you lower it ??! really ?? with the HR ?
it's a bit wide no?

How many times have you heard people talk about your epic ED thread? I'm gonna say it again: MAN THAT WAS AWESOME!!!

No, I haven't lowered it yet. Its been ordered, so gonna take a couple of weeks.

The above is stock suspension. Doesn't look as bad as I thought it would.

Do you order M suspension?

What do you think about change the suspension? The car gonna looks very nice but you gonna loose comfort.

Lets see what I decide. I think by lowering the car its gonna look really REALLY good. I'm gonna have to sacrifice a bit on comfort for the looks!

Yes, I know, in my old e92 I used Kw suspension and two months latter go back to the original I don't like that, I don't enjoy the car for stay looking the holes on the way but the car looks very nice, good luck.

You're right and thats the worrying factor for me. Plus it costs me around $850 for everything including alignment.

Anyway time will tell...thanks for the advice!

Congrats man, looks great! Am I seeing this correctly, do you have the sport seats on the Luxury line with saddle brown?? I didn't realize that was available in Canada (forgive me if this has been discussed already in previous threads)

She's a beauty ! Loving the Saddle brown, if the sport line had it I would have probably taken it over coral red which is a bit much at times, specially in the sun!

What are the specs on your rims/tires?

The rims are 20" and the tires are Goodyear Eagle F1...the best in the market!

Front is 245-30-20 and the rear is 285-25-20. Awesome size man, the rear are HUGE and the car looks awesome!!! Drives really well too!

I'm driving with a mix of Eco and Comfort with the odd hard acceleration but otherwise I'm trying my best to follow the rules here...

I also wanted to add that today was really my first day with the car.

...and I've already had two people ask about it. One guy stopped right beside me at the red traffic signal and complimented the wheels; he really liked them.

The second time was when I stopped by a mall. I was waiting outside and my girl ran in to get us drinks. This random guy stops by and starts asking me questions about the car..."dude your ride looks sweet. how much is it? It's an inline 6? It's only a few thousand dollars less than the M right?"

This is EXACTLY what he asked me....

This third guy pops up at the front of my car and I think he wanted to ask me something but I was on the phone at that time so he left...LOL

Good times...

I just wanna say to all those still thinking....STOP! Just go and buy the damn F30! You're gonna love it!!!

It's truly the ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE!!!

Maybe...I'm planning on getting the VMR V710 in 18" as they look way better. But since its only for winter I might jut use the stock rims.

Not sure yet...I'll try and fork out another 2 G's and get the VMR's instead!
