The BMW 4 Series Cabrio F33
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com In the meantime we know what the car will bring. The 4er Cabrio will be launched six months after the Coupe later this Spring. Which means we will see it later this year with a debut set for the NAIAS in 2014. Before arriving in early 2014. Instead of a request by the North American market to utilise a soft top so customers could distinguish the Coupe from the Cabrio. BMW responded to the reaction of the Chinese market where the car was immensely popular with females who appreciated the security of a hard top as well as the luxury aspect made sure the E92 was outsold by the E93 so the folding hard top remains although fabricated from lighter materials. The striking looks from the 4er Coupe further are enhanced by optional adaptive LED headlights. As well as an M Sport Packet to raise the pulse of the Cabrio. Performance and efficiency unites in the application of four cylinder and six cylinder diesel and petrol engines including a flagship 435i and 435d with the latter only being offered in Europe. Respectfully inherited from the current E92 is the flat surface line around the exterior of the cabin continuing the Cabrio to be as athletic and stunning as the E93. In Spring 2015 BMW will launch the second segment of the M jigsaw with a Cabrio variant of the M4. As we know what the Cabrio will look like thanks to the 4er Coupe Concept. Here is an accurate render showing the rear quarter of the actual car based on the Concept images. Embodying style , luxury , performance and open air driving pleasure expect the new BMW 4er Cabrio to remain the most beautiful and dynamic Cabrio in its segment. Those concept taillights are starting to grow on me or they just look better on the cabriolet .
I would probably never buy a cabriolet but I'm glad BMW is sticking with a hardtop rather than the cloth top. Disappointed that they stuck a soft top on the 6-Series. While it would've added more weight, I hardly doubt the target market for it would care much. |

I'm curious to know more about the lighter materials used for the top.
It seems to me that the F84 may lose even more weight as compared to the E93 M3 than the F82 does as compared to the E92 M3. That won't make it a lightweight car, but every bit helps. And thank you to the well-to-do Chinese ladies for your support. |

I really really really don't like convertibles, I would never ever even give them any thought. They're ugly, heavy cars made for IMHO.
But I understand there's people out there who only like verts so more power to them 👏 |
