Tanzanite Blue

If you live in an area where sun is plentiful, then Tanzanite Blue glows an amazing colour.

My Ruby Red F31 collected this morning.

It's now sitting with the detailer for the full protection treatment. I'll get the car back on Thursday so I'll add some more photos then

Depending on the car and color, it can be as little as $1,950 if you select from a short list of "standard" Individual colors that are offered for that particular model (F80 M3 has 3 or 4 colors available for this price). Beyond that, you can literally get ANY color you want. The standard price for an Individual color is $5,500 if it's a relatively simple formulation or a color that's not complicated to apply or match. If you're choosing from BMW's own library of colors (hundreds), this is generally what it will cost. If you want a truly custom color or one that requires special application methods, figure on $10k+. BMW also charges a fee to research special paints as well.

In the US, Individual composition is only available on ///M cars (excluding M2 for now), 4 series and above.

I think Champagne Quartz may be one of my favorites. Complements the car very well and shows all of the lines.

I saved the email from my dealer saying there's no way you're getting a 435 in this color. BSM in background for comparison. I'd love to see Tannanite Blue in person. And yeah, it was $5K.

Out of curiosity, is that personalized number plate yours too? I suppose that's not cheap.

Yes, that's mine. I bought it fairly recently and unfortunately it wasn't cheap either. It'll last a lifetime though so overall it's not so bad
