Which one the main rotary main bean one?
Leave it on Auto. Only touch it to turn it back to auto after dealer visits.

The point the guy is making is that he twatted it with his knee and broke it, therefore it's apparently crap quality.
Touching and operating it as intended isn't being brought into question, as I understand it.
