Assuming it's MY2016 and you have the $1000 UDE voucher, the selling price is $41000 which is around $400-$500 above invoice before incentives. Not a bad deal.

what if i order the car back in september? do I get the november incentives? scheduled delivery date is on the 11/28. My dealer told me I'm not eligible for Novemberfest since the credit is for cars on the lot only. It just does not make any sense for me at this point since if i don't buy the car, the car will be "on the lot" and the next buyer will receive the full credit....

That's nonsense; your dealer is trying to pocket a quick $750. I ordered in September and will sign paperwork before the end of this month with Novemberfestadder and Option Credit applied.
