You won't be able to, if it's not available in the US you won't be able to order it. The only current cloth/alcantara seats available in a BMW for the US are the current E92 M3's.

Yup. When my wife asked about getting her 5 Series wagon in red, she was quoted $3,000.

In fact, if you consider it an upgrade like real leather is, the cost would only be $1500 above leather. Big check in the rationalization box! I just wonder if you'll be able to get it at all; but I hope so... |

You won't be able to order cloth interior on a US-spec car. The only way is likely through the BMW Individual program, which is usually at least 10-15k above standard price because everything is customized.

That's unfortunate. That alcantara with blue stitching looks phenomenal on the estoril blue m sport. That's exactly what drew me to this car. I'm saddened to learn I can't get it except for a hefty price. I'd be willing to pay a few grand extra for the alcantara seats. They hold you nicely in the seats and I don't need leather. I've got the leatherette in my current 328 and they are fine. I've had alcantara/leather in a volvo V70R and a split cloth/leather in another Volvo and those were my favorite seats. The american spec seats BMW gives us are boring.

Anyone know if you can get this interior for a US car if you do the European Delivery?

I agree that they look amazing and it's unfortunate we do not get the option of alcantara in the US. It's going to be tough going back to leather after being spoiled with alcantara in my A4 S Line, but I guess I'll have to just get used to it.

We cannot order Alcantara here either, even though we have the 2nd largest F30 factory in the world here.
I think they are scared of US warranty claims, as I have seen a lot of retrofitted Alcantara parts wear very fast.

No, European Delivery vehicles are built to US specs, just the same as if you were taking delivery in the US. European Delivery offers no ways around the standard US specs. The only way, as others have said, is BMW Individual.
