Fit yes but you need to confirm.
My opinion is yes it would fit but the spring rate is a tad different.

Its a m135i with a m235i front conversion.
Hated the look of the front of the f20. much preferred the 2 series look... so i changed it!

Yes the headlights and bumper are direct fit from the 2-series, a few other ancillary parts are needed as well.

Like Stu said. the main parts like headlights and bumper is direct fit but there is quite a few new parts behind that that you need.
nothing structural tho so its safe its all ducts etc.
