Wheel spacers and wheel stud conversion

I'm looking to get some spacers and I already like the look and functionality of the studs but I've found what seem to be bog standard conversion kits for around £60 but do these rust or corrode with time? As the alternative are titanium ones which psdesigns are selling but there are £240!
