Generally speaking for any service "recommended" by the dealership

If it's a maintenance item listed in your Owners Manual AND you're at or past the specified mileage: Yes.

Otherwise: No.

Almost as bad as them pushing their nitrogen fill service.

Use injector cleaner every 3-5k miles. A real 'injection clean' would be walnut blasting your intake valves at 60k miles.

Sorry that I am too lazy to convert to Km...

Some "people" state that DFI causes much more carbon deposits.
if you believe that, then a BMW fuel injection treatment, the one that looks identical to the Chevron super concentrate every 3-5 should do it.
If not then do not.
Accumulation of carbon occurs over 100k miles, so for non long term owners, pay it forward

The injector opening tolerances can be measured with diagnostic equipment to assess whether they are worn. If they are below tolerance, yes, if not, no.

However, common sense would dictate that with such low mileage on the clock that no, they almost certainly won't need anything.

Or you could establish the manufacturer of the injectors and phone them to get what they recommend. They may have an entirely different set of facts
