Bingo - and a main reason why it's high on my next car radar

Imagine how much better it would look with a c pillar delete and the rear door stretched to encompass the entire rear window area. That thin "line" creating two side rear windows seems to really break up the flow.

Bmw nailed it with this one. Much better than current 3 series. Great alternative as the first "more affordable" gran coupe. Sporty, sexy, and practical. Wish it were a little bigger like a 5er.
Coming from a e90 I prefer this than current 3. I have been looking at the current 650GC and this definitely competes well at price point. |

The more I see the more I dislike. I like the proportions better on the one a member mocked up - more like the 6gc, this is too GT.

I agree that the concept is stupid, as the 3 series is still around. But honestly, that car looks beautiful and better than the 3er sedan.

it's hard to dislike the look of this car, but it's easy to question the need for it

435i "shooting break" would have been great! I'd prefer the hatch was able to fit a full size Rottweiler, not just a couple shopping bags. Doesn't look half as good as the 6GC either. Oh well!

Should be Tanzanite Blue Metallic. But it is a bit hard to tell with the show-lighting.
I'm a daddy, and I like it Quote:
I fully expect it to come to $65K+ the way I'd option it out. |

BMW has lost it's focus. Stand-alone, this car might make sense, but there are how many similar BMWs ..? Also, the styling of this hatchback is absolutely horrid. I am in awe of how ugly it is. It has no sense of purpose, or stance. This 435i Grand Coupe M sport does nothing for me, at all. I love hatchbacks, but this thing looks like a misguided SUV and has no hint of "sport", or testosterone about it. To me, it all estrogen.. I know more American Fathers, who would rather own a pocket M135i, than this retarded 4 series. |

Damn. The pictures I saw of the silver one a little while ago were amazing. For some reason I'm disappointed in the way it looks from these pictures. It just looks sort if dainty and confused. I'll wait for better pictures before I give a verdict. I was going to get one when they add more power.

It is a nice car. I just think the angles of the car in the pictures and the lighting make it actually look tall and skinny. The wheels don't look good either. Wierd. I don't know what to think.

These real life pics are very disappointing.
Proportions of this car are weird to say the least...Rear needs to be stretched another 5in.

It really doesn't bring anything exciting or unique to the table at all. I would have to see it in person. I didn't think much of the 6gc until I went to the dealer and saw one either.
That blue would look good on my 330 though.
