Lets face it, you've either got it, or you haven't.
Style, that is

I love my 335i GT. I love the individuality, the practicality and especially the ease of getting in and out.

I should add that I also like the touring, but just prefer the slightly higher seating position.

I've always had a fondness for the cube cars after seeing the many variants around Tokyo. Some of the smaller ones are great.

Well, the E60 certainly polarized the 5er enthusiasts. They either liked it or hated it. To me, it looked like it was designed by three different teams that never spoke to each other. The Rio-style trunk line overwhelming the side the car. Those Dame Edna headlights. Pretty much a mess for me.

Granted, with the right color, wheels, and trim, and mid-model lighting changes, it became less obnoxious, but to me BMWs low point in auto design. I get why people like the E60. The design was bold and creative. It probably focused on the younger demographic. My son, for example, thinks its a great looking car. So, it certainly wasn't ugly to all.

Bangle used BMW as his personal canvas to make a name for himself. He succeeded. Now he is working for Samsung according to his Wiki page. Maybe Samsung is going to build cars now. Or, Bangle is going to design televisions with flame surfaces.

BMW picked up Bangle after he had his way designing this mess for Fiat. I guess BMW could have seen it coming.

+1 for the Pontiac Aztec. An absolute growler of a car.
